Does it matter who provides your trash service?
No, we will clean any can regardless of who your trash provider is.
What areas do you service?
We are proudly serving Sussex and Kent counties. We will be servicing all residents East of Route 113, from Fenwick Island to Milton. In addition any development or HOA outside of that area should call our office for availability and pricing.
How often should bins be cleaned?
For the best results and most cost effective, we recommend that cans be cleaned monthly. But if that doesn’t work for you, we have other plans that you can choose from.
Do you offer one time cleanings?
Yes, we do offer that. The cost is $60 for one can, $10 each additional.
How will I know you are coming?
Great Question! Here’s the process… (1) You sign up online. (2) You’ll receive a welcome email and text (if you requested text updates.). (3) The day before your service each month, you’ll get an email as well as a text, letting you know we’ll be coming. (4) We’ll let you know via the same methods that your service was completed. Typically, your service will be the same day and week each month we service your cans – i.e. 3rd Tuesday of the month.
What does your trash can cleaning service include?
Our service cleans, sanitizes, and disinfects your trash cans so they’re squeaky clean bins again. We remove smells from things like rotting produce, raw meat, diapers, spoiled milk, and other common household items that leave bins dirty. Our eco friendly process helps kill harmful bacteria and germs like e coli, giving you a fresh bin without the mess.
How does the process work on trash pickup day?
You place your cans at the curb like normal. After trash pickup, we wash, sanitize, and disinfect each bin with hot water and high-pressure washing. The whole cleaning process takes only one single touch from you. We leave your bins clean and ready to use.
How do I pay for the service?
You can pay online using a bank or credit card. When you sign up on our website, we send you a pay link on the next page under the subscriptions tab. If an item added to your plan needs your attention, you will see a small notice to update payment information using the update button. It’s fast and easy.
How do I update my account or fix my payment info?
Simply log in, go to your account, and open the subscriptions tab. There you can add an additional bin, change your plan, or enter updated credit card information. If something needs fixing, the system will show a notice to guide you.
Do you serve my area?
We proudly serve Ocean City, Rehoboth Beach, Fenwick Island, Ocean View, and nearby MD areas. Whether you need clean bins for your home or commercial services for dumpsters, we’re here to help keep your trash cans clean and your space fresh.
Can I get same day or one-time cleaning?
Yes, you can request a same day one-time cleaning if our schedule allows. Just contact us, and we’ll do our best to fit you in. If you want ongoing trash can cleaning, you can choose a monthly or quarterly plan to keep your bins clean all the time.
Why should I clean my trash bin regularly?
Dirty bins can collect harmful bacteria, germs, and nasty smells from spoiled food, raw meat, eggs, bags, napkins, diapers, and more. They also attract bugs and create a smelly mess. Do you offer monthly service or quarterly plans?
Yes, you can choose monthly, quarterly, or one time cleaning options. You can even add an additional bin or request additional cleanings anytime. We also offer residential and commercial services for trash bins and dumpsters.
How do I update my payment information?
Login to your account using top navigation LOGIN link. Click on the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab. Under the ACTIONS column and next to your subscription, you should see an UPDATE button. Click the button and follow the prompts to update your information.
